All deposits and sales are final and non-refundable with the following exceptions:
If the course does not run due to low enrollment, all payees will receive 100% of their money back (deposits or full payments) no later than 30 days after the date of the course.
If the course is cancelled by the Brooklyn Digital Conservatory for any of the following reasons: conflict, natural disasters and other acts of God, all payees will receive 100% of their money back (deposits or full payments) no later than 30 days after the start date of the course.
If the course is cancelled by the Brooklyn Digital Conservatory because the unavailability, illness or death of the presenter/faculty member, all payees will receive 100% of their money back (deposits or full payments) no later than 30 days after the start date of the course.
